The morning of my last day in Xi'an, Cui Xue Hua and her
father-in-law took me to the bus station in the rain and helped me find the right bus to Pingyao. They also helped me pick
up some good snacks for the trip. Great people!
After visiting Beijing and Xi'an, with the help of my good
friends, the remainder of my visit was totally on my own. Thanks to the help of many, I was better prepared for my following
travels. It was not always easy, but I would not haved changed the way I did it. I learned so much more and met so many more
people by traveling by myself. I saw things that, at times, were not in any travel book or travel tour itinerary.
