Fleets Expected:
Catalina 22, J-22, MC Scow, DaySailer, Thistle, Portsmouth Multi, & Portsmouth Mono, Sunfish (Gulf Region
Circuit #2 & Southwest Region Circuit #2)
Classes:
Five boats of one class (prior to late registration date) constitute a fleet for trophies & a separate
start for racing. All others will sail in Portsmouth Handicap.
Entry Fee:
$30 per boat. Junior Skipper 16 and under $10.00 per boat. ($10 penalty after
April 18)
Meals:
Friday Night – Spaghetti Dinner w/meat sauce, coleslaw, bread - $6 per plate. Keg Beer
Saturday & Sunday - FREE Continental Breakfast for racers
Saturday & Sunday Lunch – available from the Club menu for a nominal fee.
Saturday Dinner – Cook you own steak, baked potato, salad - $12 per plate. Keg Beer. Please indicate
dinner reservations below. Dinner tickets also available at registration.
Lodging:
Fantastic camping on the grounds, limited housing with club members is available.
No RV hook-ups are available. Hot showers on site. Visit our web site http://www.shreveportyachtclub.com/ for nearby hotels
and driving directions. We are sorry, but no pets are allowed on the SYC grounds.

Fri April 26; 6:30 – 8:00 pm Spaghetti Dinner
Sat. April 26: 7:30 – 9:00 am Registration/Check-In 9:30 am
Sat April 26: 9:30 am Competitors Meeting
Sat April 26: 10:30 am - Warning Gun Race 1, Race 2 & 3 to follow
Lunch Break – TBA by the Race Committee
Happy hour – 30 minutes after last race
Sat April 26: 6:30 - 8:00 pm Cook Your Steak
Sat April 26: 7:00 - 10:00 pm Live Band ????
Sun. April 27: 9:30 a.m. - Warning gun Race 4, Race 5 to follow.
(8:30 a.m. if three races are not completed on Saturday.)
Trophy Presentation ASAP after completion of racing & protest hearings.

Prizes:
Trophies awarded to top three skippers & crew in each fleet. There are no
throw-outs. Five races are scheduled, one race constitutes a regatta
