The sailing education program is staffed by 8-US Sailing Certified Small Boat Level 1 Instructors including 1-Instructor Trainer.  To attain this certification, they have attended at least one 40 hour class on instructional techniques, have demonstrated both acceptable sailing & instructional skills and maintain current training in Red Cross First Aid/CPR.
 
In addition, there are many other volunteers who assist them.
