Episode 20:   The armored guys turn out to be prisoners used in experiments by the army, to affix souls to objects. Sounds like Al...   Ed fights inside. Al fights outside. Ed gets injured, a lot. He has also discovered that something is wrong with his automail arm (Winry forgot to install a bolt). Al's opponent uses vicious psychology to convince that Al is merely a creation of Ed's, and was never a human in the first place. Al tears an arm off his opponent, and Scar shows up at the 5th lab, causing the coward (Barry the Chopper) to set off some bombs in the facility and run away. Ed wins his fight against a twin-souled armor, one of which destroys itself, after Ed treats it as if it is human. The remaining souled armor piece leads Ed to the area where the soul-alchemy took place.   In this episode we learn:   -Al has doubts about himself -Ed treats anything with a human soul/reasoning abilities as human -Ed's an agile little monkey! -Armstrong is very scary!!! And sparkly!
