Episode 41:
Scar proceeds in his plan to use Rose to bring down the army, making a Philosopher's Stone out of them when they attack
Lior.
Al explains to Mustang's loyal cadre how human lives are sacrificed to make the Philosopher's Stone. They finally realize
what was truly going on at the 5th lab, and that it was with the high command's knowledge.
Kimbley and a bunch of Tucker's chimera attack Lior at night. Scar finds out that the guy who killed his brother is Kimbley,
so he heads off to have some revenge.
Mustang (foolishly?) shared Ed's warning letter with Bradley. Bradley tells Archer to hold off on the attack on Lior.
Archer gets all pissy. Mustang gets smuggy. In another secret evil meeting, this time with Lust and Gluttony, Bradley mentions
a "master" of the homunculi.
Back to the Scar/Bradley showdown: Scar takes out a pile of chimera. Bradley admires the scar he gave Scar. As they fight,
Scar's grafted arm sucks up Kimbley's mini-Stone ring.
As Ed helps Rose, Lila, and the people of Lior escape through an underground path, they run into Sloth and Wrath. During
Ed's fight with Wrath, Wrath becomes distracted by the cries of Rose's baby. He has some flashbacks to his origin as Izumi's
baby, then turns his anger towards Rose's baby. Ed kicks Wrath's ass, urging Rose to make a run for it, and to stop being
Scar's pawn. Wrath claims not to have an origin body that would cause him weakness, then continues his chase after Ed.
Back to the Scar/Bradley showdown: Al shows up, tries to get the two to stop fighting. Bradley catches Scar off guard
by throwing Al at him, then sets Scar's arm to go off. Scar destroys his own arm before it blows up, then kills Kimbley. He
claims Bradley is the last National Alchemist he will ever kill. Then it seems Kimbley is not dead enough, since he threw
a National Alchemist watch at Scar. The watch opens, spewing mini-Stones at Scar, whose arm then sucks them up. With a hug
to Al's legs, Kimbley attempts to blow up Al.
Back ot the Ed/Wrath showdown: Sloth finally makes her appearance, and Ed finally realizes she is his mother's failed
resurrection. While Ed is caught off guard, Wrath tries to stab Ed, but is again thrown off by Rose's wailing baby. Rose speaks
for the first time in months, snapping Ed out of his freeze.
In this episode we learn:
-The people of Lior are still pathetic suckers
-Al has some kind of secret pocket in his armor... but how??
-A viewer could get dizzy watching the final speeches between Scar and Kimbley
-Wailing babies can actually be useful.
