• If you are submitting print photographs please e-mail the contact below for a mailing address.  Your print photos will be digitally scanned and then promptly returned to you.  No negatives, please.

• If you are submitting digital photographs, please e-mail original images to contact below.

• PRINT or DIGITAL: please sort photos by event and include a short description of each photograph.  Also include the date of the event and your name for photo credit, if desired.  Photos will remain without credit unless web site editor is asked to give credit.

• In subject of e-mail include: "Photos for Rotary Site."
