Essences are powerful transformational tools that can assist you in balancing yourself as you make the transition to lightbody. They can be made from an infinite variety of energies. For example, flowers and plants, sacred sites, celestial bodies and their particular alignments (eclipses, unusual planetary alignments), sacred geometry, animals, weather phenomena (rainbow, lightning) high dimensional beings (Ascended Masters, angelic beings), higher vibrational energies (love, joy) and crystals and gems to name a few.

There is a wonderful group of Master Essence Creators on the planet. Alchemists who offer an astonishing array of essences that can be exquisite catalysts for your growth. When exploring essences, try a few different creators to ascertain which ones you resonate with. All of the essences are different (even if several creators have used the same flower, for instance) because their own personal energy and intentions are different. Some concentrate their efforts primarily on one aspect of transformation, such as the emotional body, while others offer a full range of assistance for the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. It is important to realize that the essences are live in that they have conscious energy and the intention to assist humanity to move into a state of harmony and balance. They encourage the raising of frequencies of all that they come into contact with. They do this with total unconditional love. Several beings have spoken about the importance of live medicines and vibrational aids, among them Kryon, Mother Mary, Hilarion, The Group, and John the Apostle. These beings explain that the essences help us open to receive higher vibrations and to integrate and ground these energies in our bodies and on the earthplane. This activates our lightbodies and that of the Earth Mother.

Flower essences in particular are beginning to be studied and used in some hospitals around the world, especially in Australia, where doctors have been amazed at the results. They have found them to be very useful before and after surgery, as they appear to promote faster and easier recoveries and assist in giving a sense of greater well being. Testing has been done with prison inmates, showing that it seems to diffuse a tendency for violence born out of frustration and helplessness.

Flower essences work with the electrical system of the body helping to reconnect and support the flow of energy. In the physical body, the pineal gland in the brain receives information and teachings from the soul, subtle bodies, and the higher self. It passes this information on through other parts of the brain and through the spine. From the spine it travels through ever smaller branches of nerves which reach every cell in the body. Through this distribution system the vibrational pattern contained by particular essences goes to the area that normally sympathetically resonates with its frequency and brings it back into harmony and balance. It moves in and out of the body mainly through the chakra system and affects all of our subtle bodies. Essences work extremely well with the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. At even more subtle levels when you introduce an essence into your energetic field, the particular vibrational pattern contained in the essence you are using, will locate the matching geometric matrix and act as a catalyst to bring it back into balance. At this deep level, energy has a tendency to express itself in geometric form. As the frequency begins to realign, it may rise to your awareness so that you can clear it and let it go. Processing is not necessary. You then have an opportunity to bring in thoughts and ideals of a higher vibration. In this manner, essences are very powerful tools for eliminating dissonance on all levels and are catalysts for humanity to continually reach for higher evolution and creativity.

Essences can be used in myriad ways. Most of the time they are taken orally, directly from the dropper (not letting the dropper touch your mouth). They can also be put in a beverage and consumed immediately or sipped throughout the day. They can be added to a bath, a couple of drops can be put on the skin to be absorbed into the body or added to a spray bottle and misted around a room. They are excellent to put in the water for your plants, and can assist animals to return to balance as well. They can be used to clear spaces outside and in your car. There are essences that can enhance the energies of objects and stones on your personal altar, sprayed in a room before a meeting to enhance creative brainstorming or smooth challenging situations. You can put drops in the babys room to boost their immune system and calm them (the essences work very well mixed with essential oils). They provide huge assistance to rise above emotional or mental challenges so that it can be seen from a higher perspective. I like to put some in rivers so that they can carry the energy of peace wherever they flow, or on sidewalks in cities, around hazardous waste areas and local disposal sites to help alter the toxic energy emanating from them. They can ease childbirth, as well as assist in the death transition. There is literally no challenge on the earthplane that cannot be addressed by essences. The manner of application is limited only by your imagination. You must remember, however, that if a soul has made the decision to bring it's energy back from the 3rd dimension or other lessons need to be learned through current challenges, essences will not cure them, but will assist you to understand from a higher perspective.

We, ourselves, created these energies and made them available before we became ensouled on the planet. We made agreements with the nature spirits and devas to always keep the balancing patterns current, bringing in blueprints for new opportunities we devise for our growth and releasing old ones whose patterns we no longer need.

Essences are magnificent tools for us, but we must remember that they will only assist if we work right along side of them as partners. We also need to respect others always, and never use them without the others permission (or the permission of their higher self). Ethics must be a top priority.

Because we are of the earth and the stars, we can use these energies directly in the form of essences to guide, and support us as we move toward our ascension and in manifesting heaven on Earth. We have placed these essences here to use as tools of our growth and transformation. They are truly conscious partners in our intent to move forward on our path with love and joy.

A broad definition of Cosmic Essences is that they are made from energies of stars, constellations, planets, moon phases, comets, particular alignments of celestial bodies, and other skyward phenomenon such as rainbows, storms and the like.

We are receiving increasing amounts of energies from our cosmic friends, which are assisting in the transformation of the planet and ourselves. As with flower essences, each cosmic entity embodies different characteristics and patterns that we can access to promote balance and growth. They are an excellent source for us to tap into for harmonizing with the higher vibrations that are being transmitted to us.

To illustrate this, here are two situations of totally different uses of the Hale-Bopp Comet Essence, one is physical, the other, emotional. As most essence creators and users have discovered, there are several layers of assistance from any type of essence, some of which remain untapped consciously. They are present never-the-less, on even more subtle levels. The information that I received when I created the Hale-Bopp Essence was that it is for stimulating unconditional love with detachment, release of old patterns, is energizing, and is a powerful catalyst for creativity. I was doing energy work with a client who had had arthritis in her knees, causing them to be swollen and painful when she moved. As I was working I was suddenly inspired to put a few drops of Hale-Bopp essence on each of her knees and then continue the session. A short time after I was finished, she exclaimed that her knees were no longer swollen which was the first time in a very, very long time. We were both quite amazed. She left the area shortly thereafter, but I had a chance to talk with her about 2 months later and she said that they hadn't swelled at all in that time.

In another instance, as I was working with energy sensitive children, I was inspired to combine Hale-Bopp Essence with Wisteria (great for using with kids diagnosed with ADD and related hyperactive sensitivities). It turned out to be a wonderful blend to bring relief of the stress and frustration of feeling the energy bursts, and additionally it brought a clarity to the child that I had never observed before.

The Cosmic essences are a magnificent complement to all of the other vibrational essences that are available. They also assist us in very exquisite ways on their own. There are several creators of these types of essences who make them with great integrity. If you feel drawn to them, then explore and experiment. They have made themselves available to you for your growth. And besides that they are fun!!!!

Vibrational essences embody different characteristics and patterns that we can use to promote balance and growth. Additionally, they can assist us in perceiving an expanding awareness of our own immensity across space and time. They can stimulate our interaction throughout a multitude of dimensions. They also can act as a catalyst to move through and clear old patterns rapidly, re-connecting with our essential soul energy.

Rainbows, faeries, animals of every description, flowers, the Earth Mother, and many other wonderful energies combined to create For the Children essence. It will assist them in supporting their remembrance of why they chose to come here and prompt them to follow their path with much dazzling creativity and joyful exuberance. They will be truly creating their world with wisdom and a knowing of their remarkable vastness across all dimensions.

This essence may also assist parents in coming into an enhanced understanding of the purpose your children are here (lots of paradigm busting!). It is a vehicle to support you giving them the support they need to do this critical work so that we all may live, love and create in a peaceful world. This is also excellent for Inner Child work.
