BUYING OR SELLING A HOME? When purchasing or selling a home as a NEVADA TEACHER & YOUR FAMILY, aside from our exceptional realtor assistance you will receive a $4.00 credit for every $1,000 of any real estate transaction handled by PLATINUM PROPERTIES, GMAC REAL ESTATE at close of escrow. MOVING? Interviewing, securing quotes, and checking out the reliability of a moving company can be a major undertaking.  CAPITOL NORTH AMERICAN, one of the partners in your benefit program has addressed and solved all the problems one encounter during a move.  ALL at a discounted price.  TITLE & ESCROW? FIRST AMERICAN TITLE through it's Clark County office will provide the necessary title and escrow account at a discounted price to NEVADA TEACHERS & THEIR FAMILILIES who are enrolled in this program.  Escrow charges for a resale transaction could run anywhere from $400.00 to $1800 and higher.  Your charges will never be higher than $150 per side regardless of the price of the home.  All courier fees, FedEx, and reconveyance tracking fees will be waived.  Title Insurance charges will be as listed in the rate manual per the filed insurance rates with the Nevada Insurance Commissioner.  Additionally, if the client has purchased Title Insurance within the last 3 years that client will receive a 20% discount.  Seniors will recieve a 20% discount. HOME WARRANTY?
