The middle photo is shown in less than 100% format and the Base Width appears to be a bit distorted when compared to others.

POSSIBLE CREATIVE OPTIONS

You can use the blades as they are, or you can cut them down to a size that will fit your application needs. If you want to build a small wind charger - you can cut off a portion of the last 8 feet, the straight portion of the blade, and easily build a new root and mounting plate to insert into the blade spar or shell.

You can build two or more windmills with one set of blades. You can cut them in half or to whatever length you require and build two different types of blades using both sections.

The straight portion of the blade will be a bit more difficult to redesign - needing a new root that will slide inside the existing spar - and a plate or flange to attach it to its hub. The bigger blade is easy to complete - needing only the tip capped off. Fill it with liquid foam, shape it, and do the fiberglass work. Or you can shape a wooden tip with an inset that slides inside the blade, drill the glass and attach the tip with screws, like the Carter blades use.

Vertical Axis Turbine: The long straight portion of the blade will serve well for the vertical blade design. Just guessing.
