Computer Lab Report:
There has been an effort by the computer lab administrator to shift her hours to accommodate the peak use hours.
There was a question raised why an administrator needs to be present when a student uses the lab. It was mentioned that in the past there was unrestricted printing and much gaming. It was mentioned that gaming is not an appropriate use of time in school.

Senate Website:
A senate website was made last year so that students could have accessibility to senate documents. It was pointed out that the secretary would maintain the website. Discussion ensued if the website would be a link from Bush Website supported by a different website or if it would be supported by the Bush Website. The purpose of the website is: a digital archive of the school, to represent the work of the senate to student body and the world, and great for public relations.

Motion: AD, Second PS “I move that we agree to ask that the senate website be hosted by The Bush School, and that the maintenance and design of which will be dealt with by the senate in collaboration with the director of communications.”

JM will give the Senate a follow up the next meeting.
