First ten minutes -- free
- 11 and TD (Prez and VP) will talk to FM about proper procedure in senate. Until then we arent sure what to do about the motion we passed regarding student participation in committees.
- 11 to email SP [Director of Facilities] regarding the replacement of the lockers in the commons with shelves.
- JM brought up a topic to be discussed sometime after winter break: possibility of student/faculty judiciary process. Perhaps should wait until discipline issue has been resolved.

Second ten minutes – Carpool parking
MOTION made by TD: The indent parking on Republican Street will be designated carpool parking. The details will be worked out later by three volunteer senators.

Third ten minutes -- Unexcused lateness
Perhaps related back to parking? Maybe it is only a personal/local problem, to be dealt with individually.
Fourth ten minutes – Forum lateness
Commons is closed during forum (checked with MK [Food Service Manager]). Senators will reinforce – not MK's responsibility.
