Our first issue was again cleaning up the commons. we had mk [Food Service Manager] as our “special guest.” she explained the situation - the commons were not getting cleaned up: clean meant backpacks off tables and chairs pushed in as well as food cleaned up. If there was a presence other than MK there to clean up it would be helpful.
one solution was to replace the lockers in the commons with shelves - motion passed last year. we are on a week to week basis, also tell our classes not to cheat - leave outside food in commons or get middle schoolers to buy food for them. we agreed to take it back to our classes, and the Monday and Tuesday the ninth and tenth of october would be trials.
second issue was again Monday morning meeting and who runs it. we agreed to follow the motion passed last year as it was not a pressing issue - this term is the senior term.
third issue was the zen room.
