Senate minutes for March 28, 2001
Minutes approved
Regarding class day: seniors didn't discuss, neither did freshmen, soph did, came up w/ a couple suggestions. Juniors did, only should have second option for rain.
Carpool committee submitted their proposal. We had a few questions but decided to accept it – senate in support, as long as middle and lower school faculty agree.
It was suggested that we switch town meeting and advisory, Monday and Tuesday. We were in favor of this, but we found out that lower and middle school had already changed their schedules.
Calendar committee will meet next Wednesday, hoping for some students.
We were promised either fixed or new couches for Wissner somewhere in the near future
Republican becomes dangerous between 3:20 and 3:30 – anything can be done?
Recycling – student-run or school-run? Pros and cons both ways, but right now SS [student] is taking it home – maybe research how to get it picked up here.
