since both our prez and vp were absent or in and out, 10 [secretary] served as president
proposed amendments by tl: #1, change...two thirds of the senate, two thirds of the upper school student and faculty body.... to: ..two thirds vote of the senate and the upper school student and faculty body... simply making sure it meant voting body and not counting those that did not vote.
