The canoe came off the forms easily because the stem forms were not bolted on, but tightly pinched between two blocks of wood that were bolted to the strongback.  The tape on the edge of the forms kept glue and epopxy from making the forms a permanent part of the canoe, but I was disappointed in the large amount of epoxy that had dripped through the staple holes.
