Below is the last picture taken of the American Marines, who served in the Duc Duc Resettlement Village. It was taken on August 12 or 13, 1970.
Only two days before this picture was taken, CAP 2-9-2 lost two
good Marines to terrorist land mines.

On March, 1971, seven months after the above picture was taken, Vietnamese Communist Army Regulars burned the village to the ground. They killed and wounded hundreds of innocent, peasant men, women and children. The peasants only crime... was they supported the Americans in the An Hoa Valley.
