As you will notice, all replacement parts in the chargers BY Taylor Fence are easily exchanged by unplugging the connecting wires and installing a new part. This can usually be done at the store where the charger was purchased within about 10 minutes. By stocking a set of boards, a transformer, and a capacitor for each model the store can provide an added service for their customer and get most repairs done without return to the factory. A diagnostic proceedure and wiring diagram is provided for all stores that want to provide this service.

Service will also be provided at the factory as needed or preferred by the customer by shipping the charger prepaid and properly packaged to the address below.  Shipping damage during ruturn to the factory is the responsibility of the customer.  Taylor Fence Inc. reserves the right to repair or replace, at their descretion, any charger or board returned for service.
