Increasing any one of these while the other two remain the same will increase the output power. Two fence chargers with the same output voltage and fence load (current) could have a great difference in the output power because the pulse width (on time) of one is much longer than the other. It is the output POWER that puts the hurt on the fence and keeps the animals in or out.
