Welding Cable
The advantage of using welding cable, as opposed to MIL-W-22759/16 TefZel wire, is that the welding cable is much more
flexible. This makes routing the cables much easier. The welding cable acheives this greater flexibility by
using neoprene insulation and finely stranded copper wire.
2 Ga. Welding Cable $2.30/ft.
Terminals
Our terminals are made of copper and tin plated for corrosion resistance. The seam is brazed resulting in a stronger
wire crimp.
2 Ga. Non-Insulated Terminal $1.00
4 Ga. Non-Insulated Terminal $.85
Shrink Tubing
The shrink tubing we use is a dual wall tubing. The inner wall melts during the shrinking process and makes a very
good seal. In addition, our tubing is VERY THICK. This immobilizes the wire at the transition point between the
terminal and wire insulation providing an excellent strain relief for the wire.
Shrink Tubing for 2 Ga. Terminal $.50
1 1/2" length, 3/4"Dia.
Shrink Tubing for 4 Ga. Terminal $.40
