With IE 5 select file, import and export, export favorites. Select the top folder to export all favorites and follow the instructions.
Use a file name like "Bookmarks" and place it in a folder like the folder "My Documents".
Using a publish to web or ftp procedure place the file named bookmarks in the directory of your website.
Now instead of having to write tons of links, the sites on your website will be the same ones as are in your favorites folder.
Note: This method does leave a lot of non-standard and unsupported garbage, but it shouldn't hurt anything.
