Film strip and recording player (it needs a new needle) with the (21) Hudson Motor Car Company film strips and recordings listed below. They’re all in good shape as far as I know. They worked fine the last time I played them. They’ve been in my basement in Colorado ever since. All are in the original jackets and cans. Can’t guarantee them. Too many things can happen beyond my control. Prefer to sell in person. Will not break up films. I have separate video only tapes & audio only tapes.  $450  for all or will sell tapes separately & those I will ship at your risk;

Car is located in Central New Jersey.
New parts installed within the past year:
Battery, battery cables, ground strap, headlights, flasher, master cyclinder, all 4 wheel cyclinders, brake lines, fuel lines, fuel filter, fuel pump, recored radiator, rebuilt starter, upper & lower radiator hoses, thermostat, cap & rotor, points & condenser, spark plugs & wires (ignition), coil, rebuilt carb, tires, and used gas tank (was cleaned & treated).
Information about the car:
Car is all original and was in storage since mid 1980's, was stored in a garage.  Exterior was once re-painted but unsure of when.  Some dents in roof and along sides of body.  Rot spots on: 3 spots on passenger rear quarter, on driver's floor front section, rear section behind rear bumper. Frame and rest of undercarriage solid.  Trunk is solid with no rot.  Little bit of rust is forming under headlights.  Exterior trim is in good shape, especially window trim.  Bumpers are pitted with rust but good candidates for re-chroming.  All 4 original hubcaps.  Exhaust in good shape.  Drums have some slight surface rust.  All wheel bearings have been cleaned, checked, and re-packed.  Interior is clean, headliner in good condition, not torn.  All dash chrome clean.  Driver's seat torn a little.  All interior and dash lights work.  Driver's door panel held together with tape.  Interior clock works.  Speedometer works, oil & amp lights work.  We drove the car about 10 miles, it runs great.  Drums should be re-surfaced, chatters a little bit.

  1954 Hudson 4 door sedan.  This car has had a “frame off” restoration in 2002/2003.  This car was completely disassembled and media blasted inside and out.  All the undercoating has been taking off.  The underneath of the car was epoxy coated and painted with imron enamel, the color of the car.  The car has a base coated/ clear coat with original factory colors of Roman bronze with a Coronation cream top.  All new upholstery, carpet and headliner were installed.  All chrome was replated, by Courtesy Chrome, as well as the interior dash and door handles.  All fenders, hood, doors and trunk lid was “dipped” to bring back the original clean metal.  This car is equipment with the original engine which was flat head six with twin H power with 3 speed with overdrive and 12-volt conversion.  7X cam, forged pistons, Pontiac timing chain, Mallory electronic ignition, bronze guides, relief and ported with 2 inch stainless intake valves and 1.62 exhaust.  Was fitted with a 262 head to increase performance.  Has a prototype 7x exhaust with a correct exhaust piping (2 pipes into one).  Has approx 2400 miles since restoration.  Is equipped with power steering and power brakes, which was professionally rebuilt. YNZ wiring harness, Doug Wildrick pressure plate and clutch.  This car drives like a dream..  All instruments, i.e. clock, wiper have been rebuilt the radio does not work but is equip with a new radio/CD under the dash.  Overdrive works well. I would consider this car a low #1 or very high #2 condition. Drive home anywhere.  $17,500  Call Russ Maas @ 309.838.5551 or rmaas@dtnspeed.net
