Iris Bell Interviewed
Screen legend, Patricia Neal was interviewed for the Project, describing how
she created the role of Dominique for the film version of "The Fountainhead", her discussions with Gary Cooper (Howard
Roark), working with director King Vidor, and the impact of the film when it was released. Iris Bell was interviewed
and provided a rare insider view of working alongside Rand on various advertising, promotion and publishing projects.
October 24, 2006: New DVD on Objectivist History set
for release
Volume 2 of "The Birth of Objectivism" DVD interview series
will be released on December 15, 2006. Entitled, "A New Movement is Launched", the DVD features highlights from interviews
with John Hospers, Barbara Branden, Hank Holzer, and Erika Holzer. The DVD will be available free with a contribution
to OHP of $100 or more.
July 1, 2006: New Video Highlights to be shown at conference in Southern
California
For the third consecutive year, attendees of The Objectivist Center Summer
Seminar will view an exclusive preview of highlights from recent OHP interviews. This year's video clips feature
Hank Holzer and Erika Holzer, the husband and wife team that represented Ayn Rand on many legal matters during the 1960's.

will be shown at TOC’s 16th annual Summer Seminar in Schenectady, NY on July 11th. Clips from the Robert Hessen, Barbara Branden, and John Hospers interviews will be shown for the first time.

Nov 11, 2003 OHP Agreement Announced
A partnership agreement was formalized between Duncan Scott
Productions and The Objectivist Center regarding The Objectivist History Project. Duncan Scott will direct
the project. TOC will archive the interviews and make them available for scholarly study.

March 2, 2003 Pilot Interview - Nathaniel Branden
The first OHP interview session, with Nathaniel Branden, was conducted on March 2, 2003
in Los Angeles, CA. It is anticipated that a total of three to five additional interviews will be held with Dr. Branden
during the course of the project.
July 2002 - Objectivist History Project announced
Producer Duncan Scott, announced the creation of The Objectivist History Project.
Scott will conduct a series of interviews with leading figures in Objectivist history. Scott is consulting with advisors
to create a preliminary list of subjects for the interviews.
