Universal Energy
and the Stillness of Now

  Now Reiki focuses universal lifeforce energy through the stillness of Now.  It is  a system of energy work that promotes deep healing and can lead to profound transformation. 

  Now Reiki is part of the universal spiritual tradition of "laying on of hands" for healing, but is also very effective when done remotely.  The lifeforce energy focused in Now Reiki has been known by various names in different cultures... it is called chi in China, ki in Japan, prana in India, mana in Polynesia, and in the Bible, Jesus calls it dunamis.

  The Japanese kanji of rei-ki literally translate as "spirit energy", usually understood as "Universal Life Force Energy".  During the Meiji era in Japan, Mikao Usui developed a remarkably effective way of focusing this energy for healing and transformation.  Now Reiki can be seen as a return to Usui Sensei’s more intuitive style of energy work, before his  followers complicated it.  In addition to the original teachings of Mikao Usui, the teachings of Eckhart Tolle have been very influential in the development of Now Reiki.

A Now Reiki Session

  There is only One of us here, and there is only Now.  This is the basis of All That Is, and of my connection with anyone I work with.  I feel honored when I can focus energy to help someone heal naturally and quickly.  Now Reiki can accelerate the natural process of healing not only physically, but emotionally as well.  It can quickly help restore feelings of balance, energy and peace of mind, as well as helping the body to heal itself of specific conditions, aches and pains. 

  For an in-person session, I come to you, or we meet at one of the psychic fairs I work at.  For a remote session, we connect by phone during the session.  Frequently intuitive impressions come through while focusing energy, which we can discuss during the session.

Learn Now Reiki

  Now Reiki can be learned at home, but for those who prefer learning directly from an experienced teacher, a private Now Reiki session can be used to help you fine tune your hands-on healing skills.  The many ways of focusing energy begin to come naturally once you're comfortable with the basics.

A Personal View

I started practicing hands-on healing in the 1970s, with results that were a bit hit & miss.  I found that headaches and colds could be reduced or even healed entirely in a few minutes of "laying on of hands", but that was about it using what I knew then.  In the late 1990s I learned Reiki, which proved more reliable in getting results.
 
  Eventually I began teaching Reiki as well as practicing it, having become a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage.  I soon found that the Reiki techniques I had learned weren't so well known among American Reiki people, since Rita, my first Reiki teacher, had added in some useful techniques she had learned from other sources, some she had developed herself, as well as Japanese healing techniques mostly unknown to the American Reiki community at that time.

  Since then I have studied and practiced numerous other energy healing techniques... some wise, some otherwise. Now Reiki is truly the best and most comprehensive system I know of. For those interested in learning effective energy healing, I recommend it completely.

  Now, I'm not attached to what anyone calls any particular technique... Reiki, Quantum-Touch, Regenesis, Matrix Energetics, name-it-after-yourself, whatever... They are all just names for (in some ways) different ways of working (or playing) with energy.
