What type of counseling do you do? – I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I use proven approaches to help you find solutions for your concerns and problems.  I work with a wide variety of relational and mental health issues such as premarital counseling, marital counseling, sexual problems, intimacy concerns, depression, anxiety, stress and coping.

What do you charge? – My current rates are $140 for the first session and $110 for all future 45 minute sessions.  We will discuss fees during your first session.  I believe that everyone must have access to the services they need, so I will work with you on your individual financial situation or refer you to another counselor.

What about insurance? – I will call your insurance company to check your out of network benefits.  If you decide to use your insurance benefits, I will  file your insurance for you.  I will be happy to discuss any questions you might have.

Can you prescribe medication? – No, only a medical doctor or a specially trained nurse can prescribe medication.

What ages do you work with? – I work with adults.
