My problem has been pain and very limited range of motion in left shoulder. I can trace this problem back to multiple injuries… the first being a fall from a horse when I was around 12 (I am now 58). It made it difficult to impossible to fasten my bra, lift or pull luggage, reach for anything – even a salt or pepper shaker. The weight did not matter. I had tried massage, orthobionomy, cranial/sacral, "BEST", chiropractic, osteopathic treatments, cold/hot packs, range of motion exercises, etc, etc, etc. I would say that almost everything short of drugs and surgery have been tried. Dr. Lidell's chiropractic technique has taken the injured shoulder to a new level of healing. I have almost 100% range of motion; I can easily and painlessly fasten my bra, reach behind my back, scratch my back, do exercises to strengthen my shoulder. I feel much better.
