We Daniel Draper and William Berry do agree as arbitrators between Samuel Smiley and Elizabeth his wife that said Elizabeth shall have the amount of the above schedule of property and in addition thereto the sum of one hundred and sixty five dollars and fifty cents to be paid in two years from this date and that said Elizabeth shall acquit said Samuel from every other claim or claims of every nature whatsoever from hence forth forever. Dated this 29th day of December AD 1823
