- Telescope: Borg 100ED refractor @ f/6.7
- Mount: Losmandy GM-8
- Guiding: Autoguided with an ST-4
- Film: Fuji Super HQ 100
- Comments: Just a shot done to waste time. This is only a single shot so the full rez image is noisy. This is definitely on my reshoot list.
M31 is the closest large galaxy to the Milky Way at about 2.3 million light years. This galaxy is very, very large making it less than ideal to look at through many telescopes. In my opinion, the most pleasing views of M31 are through large binoculars or smaller refractors.
