- Exposure: 1, 30 min. shot enhanced in Adobe Photoshop
- Telescope: Megrez 80mm refractor @ f/5
- Mount: Losmandy GM-8
- Guiding: Manually guided through C-8
- Film: Kodak Elitechrome 200
- Comments: The faint emission nebulas IC 1848 at right and IC1805 at left, the Heart and Fetus/Embryo nebulas respectively, in eastern Cassiopeia. They are located about 5 degrees northeast of the double cluster NGC884/869 in Perseus. I have never view these through a telescope or even thried though I'm sure it's possible with a large dob and something like an H-beta filter. The open cluster NGC 1027 lies on the lower right edge of IC 1805. The brightest portion of IC1805 at far right is cataloged as NGC 896.
