"Lao Xie" (in memory of a dear friend Sigung Hasting Albo)

The most  right way to spell this is lao shr, but the reason i leave and  use the spelling like this is to remember my dear friend  and brother martial artist Sigung Hasting Albo who passed away on valentines day in a car accident.  He spelled Lao shr, lao xie the term is more of a helpful guide than a master.

Healing, teaching and transformation in general is not about how important or what rank the teacher is or how special or great or unfallable the art is...  its about the student/patient and their transformation.  This is why my preference of Lao shr is used instead of sifu, Sigung or master

Sigung Hasting Albo (El Paso Texas)

Sigung Hasting Albo was my kung fu brother from childhood until his death.  One of the most gifted and talented martial artists, healers and teachers. He invited me numerous times to come teach his students, but i think that he just wanted them to know where he came from and that there was another one like him around..
