If you wish
to order directly from me:
First time orders must be prepaid with check or money order and a copy of your
Retail Sales/Tax Certificate must be submitted. All accounts remain on “prepay
status” until a completed credit application is approved. Terms are Net
30, with a $10 late fee incurred each month that payment is late. A $30 fee
will be charged for each returned check. There is no minimum order amount.
