The arts play an important
role in creating vibrant communities. The Franklin County Neighborhood Arts Program
is designed to encourage community participation in the arts by supporting local organizations that provide opportunities
for people to get out and get involved.
The Franklin County
Neighborhood Arts Program awards grants three times a year. The following groups received funding during the final round of 2008. For 2009 funding opportunities,
