Valley girls, valet girls-get it? That`s about the level of craft and humor we see here.
Our gals are a bunch of spicy and spunky UCLA (certainly not ACLU) undergrads in need of cash, and manage to make ends meet by forming their own all-girl driving service. After they attend a swanky, skanky party in the hills, they expose the established male-run service as the corrupt venture it always was and take over their lucrative contract.
Their former "manager" sides with the boys, who sabotages the gals` initial efforts, but the envious wives of a few influential clients, the latter of whom may have been indiscreet in the presence of certain limosine drivers, somehow convince their powerful husbands to allow the earnest, ambitious young women to earn an honest living. (Wink, wink, nudge, nudge!) The virtuous vixen are empowered by the former sins of their future bosses!
The male malefactors are maliciously made mendicant. Viva la femme!
