the fearless
once upon a Winter when
I winged above the way up where
and all was white and windy in
the way back then, when I was here.
down the rainway, muddy water
skips with dipping rolling pleasure
right around the Autumn corner
in the heart of my young lover
soon upon a Summer sunset
stars will rest 'till all is ageless
here the sounds of whispered heartbeats
tripping silent in the darkness
lend me pennies for my pockets
lay me down upon Spring's bed
lead the way and we will walk it
lie to me when words are said
when the road forks left and rightness
dandelions thrive all Season
wild soul-houses for the fearless
given more to rhyme, than reason.
