The Embassy of Guatemala in Washington, D.C. is able to authenticate documents from all 50 states. Documents from outside the consular jurisdiction must first be authenticated by the U.S. Dept. of State.

FBI fingerprint cards: must first be sent to the Secretary of State of West Virginia for authentication. Enclose a prepaid Fedex airbill for forwarding to Doyle Authentications (see "Shipping Options" for address).

The fee for fingerprint cards is $60.00 messenger fee, plus $10.00 per document consular fee, plus $20.00 for return via Fedex overnight shipping. Enclose payment (personal check or money order payable to "Doyle Authentications) in a seperate envelope.
