Health Sciences - Dr. Brian SmithDr. Smith attended the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in Whittier, California and where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic, with honors, in April 1987. He chose the specialty of Internal Disorders for post-graduate study and became a board-certified Chiropractic Internist in 1996.

He achieved Diplomate status with the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners in 1986. He has been licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic in the State of California since July 24, 1987.

From June 1991 until March 1992, Dr. Smith produced a television show named "Your Health Naturally" dealing with the natural approaches to health, which aired through Century Cable Television in Santa Monica, CA. He has also appeared in various other television and radio shows throughout Southern California.

Dr. Smith has been involved as a community provider through the Sherman Oaks Community Hospital visitation team, and the Midway Medical Center visitation team. Currently Dr. Smith is a provider of chiropractic services to financially challenged HIV+ persons on donation basis.

Since 1983 Dr. Smith has been affiliated with the Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders, American Chiropractic Association Rolla, Montana. He is also currently associated with the Association for the History of Chiropractic, Davenport, Iowa; American Association of Drugless Practitioners Dallas, Texas; AIDS ReSEARCH Alliance, Los Angeles, California, Member, Scientific Advisory Board, Member, Medical Review Board; and was a founding member of the Nutritional Task Force at AIDS Project Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California .


Dr. Brian A. Smith is a chiropractic doctor and naturopathic physician who has specialized in the treatment of immune-suppressed individuals since 1987. He is a scientific advisory board member of AIDS ReSEARCH Alliance.
