- Non-smoking apartment but you can smoke right outside
your door

Cancellations and Refunds: We require a 30 day cancellation
notice. A full refund will be given minus a $50.00 handling fee if these requirements are met:
We must be notified by mail (of which we will confirm by mail or by telephone) OR you may cancel
your reservation by telephone by speaking to the Vacation Rental managment directly. We cannot be responsible for
cancellations left on the Vacation Rental answering service. You must speak with managment directly.
A 6% room tax will be charged
