Why should you hire us to represent you?  First and foremost, because we are caring and compassionate.  We listen to you and your concerns in a non-judgmental atmosphere.  We want to help you solve your legal problems, not spend time harassing you about how you got into the situation in the first place.
 
Second, because you won't be calling an answering service or someone in a call center halfway across the country.  You can always call and speak with our office or leave a message. If we are not available, we will return your messages promptly.
 
Third, because of our combined experience.  Dainen Penta managed the Seattle, Tacoma and Vancouver offices of Legal Helpers, P.C., which was at the time America's largest consumer bankruptcy law firm.  His two years with Macey & Aleman included representing consumers before and after the 2005 reform act.  As a solo he also handled a wide variety of bankruptcy, tax, real estate, employment, and juvenile dependency cases.
