Bankruptcy Matters:

Chapter 7 & 13 consumer cases are accepted on a flat-fee basis. The flat fee is determined at the initial consultation and the total fee varies depending on several factors including the number of creditors and complexity of the case. There is no charge for a brief telephone consultation, although there is a charge for an office consultation, which is applied to the total attorney fees if you retain our firm.

Creditor and collection matters are billed at an hourly rate. The retainer may vary, again depending on several factors including the complexity of the case.

Real Estate and Other Matters:

Real estate and other matters are generally billed at the prevailing hourly rate. Retainers vary and are dependent on the type and complexity of the matter.
