successful sale. While marketing your home, I will send weekly emails with the past week's showing feedback so you can see
exactly how many showings you have had and what buyers are saying about your home. Your listing will be entered in the Triangle
MLS and also posted on www.Realtor.com.
WHEN YOU ARE BUYING... I can set up a saved search that will email you
automatically when listings become available that meet your criteria. I will schedule the inspections and closing attorney,
with your approval. I can assist you in finding a lender, movers, etc...
FOR ALL MY CLIENTS... I will provide an outline of the closing process,
whether buying or selling, which should answer all your questions.
