Philosophical Schools of INDIA
Yoga: Goal of Meditation - Yoga means union and implies the union of body, mind and spirit. One who practices Yoga is a Yogi. There are many different names applied to Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Siddha Yoga and lots more. All these various schools have the same goal and that is union. Yoga is the goal of meditation. When one feels Yoga, one feels together, cohesive and harmonious. Conversely when one does not feel Yoga one feels not together, non cohesive and inharmonious, which is stressful. The latter state fills ones life with confusion, insecurity and fear. Whereas Yoga fills ones life with continuity, security and love. All Indian Philosophical schools of meditators seek to realize yoga. Yoga is our natural state and it is within us all the time. Through meditative discipline confusion subsides and yoga emerges.
The State of Yoga is cloaked in simplicity, The mind desperately searches in complexity.
Yoga resides in absolute stillness, Insulated from all mental illness.
Steadfast and sure, Immune from the worlds allure.
A Yogi in that state, Is truly Great.

Bare in mind all paths are not for everyone. An individual has to proceed in a way that is natural to their own state of being. The important thing is not to learn a philosophy or path through study but to discover the natural philosophy that is inside all of us.
The natural philosophy is true, It exists inside of you.
It merges the polarities of two, The perception of duality is through.
The experience of oneness will renew, And knowledge of the self will accrue.
