In the lists of articles "By Topic" indented articles refer to the article directly above. The indents follow the hierarchy of referenceing. If multiple references are made to the same article, they are indented the same amount.
Articles that are referenced in this manner follow directly after the article they reference regardless of the Issue date. All other articles are listed chronologically by Issue and by page number. See below for an example.
