| Okay, no one likes Animorphs. I admit it. But, whether we like it or
not, Animorphs are technically a part of the Transformers universe, if
in name only. This page has been tracking the release of the Animorphs
figures as they appear in stores. These pictures were taken from the Official
Animorphs page (http://www.animorphs.com)
and represent a part of Transformers history. With the line of toys gasping
for breath these pictures might be just a few of the surviving records
a few years down the road of all the Animorphs toys never produced.
UPDATED 09/27/00: Here is a list of additional
Animorphs scheduled to be released in 2000. These figures will probably
remain unproduced at this time; it is not known how far into production
these figures got, or if there are any photos of any of them. Rachel/Shark
was available for preorder at some online toystores, but was never shipped.
Towards the end of the Animorphs run, Marco/Beetles purchased at Wal-mart
scanned as Rachel/Shark; it's possible, although unlikely, that some made
it to toy stores.
