The 2001 Last
Annual Crusader Ball was held at Oceana Naval Air Station, Virginia Beach
Virginia on September 21 through the 23. Due to the World Trade Center terrorist
attack earlier that month, many of the arranged activities had to be cancelled.
Despite this, VC2 had a great turnout. Old friendships were renewed, memories
were refreshed with tales from the past, that up until that time had almost
faded from memory.
