Cat-Sitting
|
| Dedicated to harmony and happiness in her own multiple
feline home, Diane understands your concerns when you leave home for business
or pleasure. An indoor cat needs extra stimulation and enrichment to deter destructive
behaviors that result from boredom. Diane offers an entertaining small animal
video, bubbles, laser tag, and will hide treats for Kitty to seek out later. Brushing
or combing can be a very relaxing experience for many cats, which helps soothe
stress. Any necessary medications or supplements can be given. Fresh catgrass
and catnip provide activity when Kitty is alone. Interactive visits are
approximately one hour and can generally be arranged for your cat's
preferred time. For your kitty's
safety, no outdoor access during your absence please unless your
kitty is harness trained. |

"Thanks so much for looking after the boys again. They did so beautifully.
Perfectly comfortable and relaxed when I got home. Such a relief."
Adrienne McDunn
"Diane is someone you know you can completely trust with your cats. If she
is caring for them, they will get the absolute best care available, including
lots of love, good food, a clean environment, and playtime. I never worry about
my cats when I am traveling, if Diane is caring for them. "
Mimi Perrin
also include cleaning
cat user areas (especially litterboxes), plants, mail and lights as instructed.
Services for outdoor/feral cats desiring no contact can also be arranged. Sorry,
but at this time overnight care and boarding away from Kitty's home is not available.

previously worked at a non-profit animal welfare organization, lobbying
and advocating for animal issues and continues to volunteer with a variety
of animal related causes. A growing awareness of feral colonies and the
trap/neuter/return solution led to her devotion to disadvantaged cats. KittyStar
became a professional endeavor in January 2001.
