• Witness Sentence: The [P1G] listed [W] <in addition to [WO]> in the household of [P2], in [L]. 
• On the CEN-HEAD tag, the census person is then entered as P1, and the head of household is entered as P2, with the other people being enumerated being witnesses.

• Sentence: [P2] was enumerated as [M2].  <[M1]>
• On the CEN-ENUM tag, the census person is then entered as P1, and the person being enumerated is entered as P2, with the head of household being the only witness.
