| 1) Create a Census "Person" for the State, County and Year in the following
format:

| This puts the year into the picklist for a SURNAME which provides you
with a list of Census's by year in the Picklist.
Secondarily the First name will be sorted by state in the picklist for each year. |
| 2) Link the Census "Person" to it's parents, the mother from the Female
Census Line and the Father from the Male Census Line.
