Why should I choose a condo or townhome and not a hotel?

The 24 hour security gated resorts are mesmerizing, with more than 3 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and an abundance of 1st class amenities. Windsor Hill , Windsor Palms $ Terra Verde contain some of the most luxurious condos and townhomes in the area. Hotels in the Disney area can be very expensive; in fact you will probably pay the same price for one person as you would for an entire 3 bedroom condo or townhouse, which sleeps up to 8 people! Additionally, you have more than one room; you have a living room, dining area, kitchen, and bedrooms. If you wish to meet with other guests, you have all of the resort amenities to share. A perfect solution to all your holiday needs!


Is this a time share offer?

Absolutely not! The condos and townhouse are privately owned. You are not in any way required to sit through a presentation; instead, you just sit back and enjoy your vacation rental home!


What is required to make a reservation?

When you are ready, you can book on line directly with us, using the on-line form on our reservations page



When do we pay?

When you book, you will be required to pay a deposit with the balance payable 30 days before arrival. You can make payment on our "payment" page; on that page you will also see our cancellation policy.


When are check-in & check-out times?

Ordinarily your condo or townhouse will be available for check-in at around 4:00 p.m. Your check-out time is normally 10:00 a.m. on your departure date. A vacation condo or townhouse requires more time to clean than a hotel room. Therefore, please help prepare for our next guest by checking out on time.


What about security?

Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms resorts are secure communities with a gatehouse which is manned 24/7.


How close are Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms to the Disney Theme Parks?

They are the closest to Disney! It will genuinely take you less then 10 minutes to get to Disney.


How far from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure?

Universal and Sea World are just 15-20 minutes away.


Is there shopping nearby?

Yes, the US 192 area has a grocery store, 24 hour Walgreen's drug store and supermarkets. There are many restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets from mouth watering Steak Houses to Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Asian, Burger and Pizza restaurants all within 1 to 3 miles from the Windsor Hills , Windsor Palms & Terra Verde resorts.


Is there transportation to the parks?

Transportation is available to most Theme Parks and several Shopping Malls (at an additional charge). The time table, which changes monthly, is displayed inside the on-site sundry shop.


Is the the pool heated?

Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms & terra Verde resorts offer you the perfect vacation community, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool in the clubhouse complex. It is available to all guests and is heated at no extra cost during the winter months.


Do you provide air conditioning and heat?

Yes, our condos and townhomes have central air conditioning and heat.


Are your kitchens fully equipped?

Yes, the condos and townhomes have fully equipped kitchens, including cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, stove, microwave, refrigerator (with ice maker), coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher, everything you need for the perfect vacation.


Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, ample clean linen and towels are provided in our condos and townhomes.


Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, there is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board in our condos and townhomes.


Are there cleaning supplies?

We provide regular cleaning items such as a mop, broom, dustpan and vacuum. As this style of vacation is classed as self-catering, you will be responsible for other needs, such as soap etc. We do have an on-site sundry shop and of course several supermarkets are close to the resorts.


Is the condo or townhouse cleaned daily?

No, they are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure and is usually included in your rate. A mid-stay clean can be arranged at additional cost.


Are the condos and townhomes non smoking?

In accordance with Florida State Laws, our condos and townhomes as well as the communal areas are designated "No Smoking" areas. No smoking is permitted inside the condos or townhomes.


Do you allow pets in your condos or townhouses?

No, we do not allow pets in any condo or townhouse.


Where do we pick up the keys?

You will pick up the keys at the office of our manangement company, "Palm Tree Vacation Homes". We will provide you with a complete check-in package when making a reservation.


If you arrive late, there is an out of hours key collection routine so there's no need to worry.


What if something is not working in the condo or townhouse?

Our local management company maintains the condos and townhomes in tip top condition. However, you will be provided with their telephone number in the unlikely event that there is a maintenace problem.


Does the lanai have screens?

Yes.At Windsor Palms & Windsor Hills The condo lanais & town homes have a fine mesh screen allowing in the glorious Florida sunshine but keeps out the wildlife.


How many people can stay in the condo or townhouses?

The condos and townhomes are licensed by the state of Florida, which dictates how many people can stay in a vacation rental. The maximum number of guests in the condos and townhomes are as follows:

2 bedroom condo--6 people

3 bedroom condo--8 people

3 bedroom townhome--8 people


Are all the resort amenities included in the price?

All resort amenities are free to all our guests at no extra
charge.
