Copyright/Cancellation/Refund Policy for www.DanHotka.com, LLC web-based training courses is as follows: 

Payments will be processed 2 weeks prior to the posted course date.  Attendees/administrators of the payment will be emailed/mailed a receipt at this time.

There will be no refunds once the course guide has been emailed to the attendee.  Attendees that need to reschedule can attend the same web-based course offered at a future date.

The course guides are copyrighted materials and the technical content belongs to www.DanHotka.com, LLC.  The attendee is NOT to record this presentation.  The attendee will be allowed to make a single hard copy  of the course guide for their own use and the attendee is NOT to distribute/share/copy or otherwise provide the electronic or hard copies of this course guide or the lab setup scripts with others.  The attendee's name will appear in a watermark on each page along with this restriction.  The attendee is liable for $250 + the cost of collections for each copy that is discovered outside this agreement.

Attendees will be emailed the course materials including the lab setup materials once the payment has been processed.  Forms of payment include credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPay or company check/draft).  

Attendees will be on their own for the lab setup.  www.DanHotka.com, LLC provides: 

  1. The lab scripts for setup on an existing Oracle instance
  2. The links to free Oracle software (Oracle10g Express) and development software (TOAD and/or SQL Developer) for the student to install and setup their own private lab environment, as well as the scripts from step 1
  3. Links to download VMWare images with Oracle and the lab environment installed and ready to go.

Because of the off-site/remote nature of web-based training, www.DanHotka.com, LLC can assist with lab setup Q & A but is not responsible for the students lab environment.  The lectures alone are worth the value of the entire course.

The inability of the student to setup a functioning lab environment is not the responsibility of www.DanHotka.com, LLC nor is it a reason for cancellation/refunds.  The attendee might need local assistance to setup their lab environment.
