As a key member of the Professional Services organization, design and install Genesys and HiPath Procenter computer telephony integration (CTI) systems for multiple customers throughout the United States and Europe. Design database integration and data directed call routing systems, as well as application design and coding for customer data retrieval and attachment to calls.  Expert in the Genesys CTI suite including Framework, Inbound, Outbound, Routing, Reporting and Internet suites, Voice Treatment Option and Genesys Voice Portal software.  Very strong in Procenter inbound, outbound, email, chat, web integration, and Call Director.  Experience with Siemens Xpressions, and several types of phone switches as well as Intervoice Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems.  Key player in remote monitoring project using HP Openview IT/O to monitor Genesys systems for customers. Summary of Experience

Since leaving the Air Force in 1994, has been a very strong team player with experience in a broad spectrum of progressively more complex technologies.  These areas include application development, database integration, computer telephony integration, network administration, providing training, employee and project management and leadership, and troubleshooting of all types of systems and software.  Since 1999, has been a key team member of the Siemens Professional Services Team, providing consulting, architect, design and installation services to over one-hundred Siemens customers in the United States, Canada, England, Ireland, Germany and Turkey.  Currently travel at nearly 90%.

 

Prior to that, eighteen years of progressive professional experience in the United States Air Force with specialty in some of the above plus the following: Pulsed radar systems, high resolution television tower display systems; Approach Control display systems, digital and analog semiconductor devices; fiber and microwave remoting links; digital and analog fiber-optic links and network design; aircraft weapons systems. Also, writing, teaching and design/implementation of training courses and manuals. Honorably retired from the US Air Force in 1994.  Held a top secret security clearance from 1976 through 1994.

Personal Information
