As a key member of the Professional Services organization, design and install
Genesys and HiPath Procenter computer telephony integration (CTI) systems for
multiple customers throughout the United States and Europe. Design database
integration and data directed call routing systems, as well as application
design and coding for customer data retrieval and attachment to calls. Expert in the Genesys CTI suite including
Framework, Inbound, Outbound, Routing, Reporting and Internet suites, Voice
Treatment Option and Genesys Voice Portal software. Very strong in Procenter inbound, outbound,
email, chat, web integration, and Call Director. Experience with Siemens Xpressions, and
several types of phone switches as well as Intervoice Interactive Voice
Response (IVR) systems. Key player in
