Even with great and simple to use page design programs such as Front Page or Go Live, the simple fact is that designing a decent website requires some design knowledge, some HTML knowledge, access to graphics and artwork, access to graphic design programs, and knowledge of how to use the page design software.
The small business professional does not often have the time and money to spend on the software and hardware needed to design even a simple website, nor the time to purchase graphics collections, nor the time to learn design software for what will be, to him, a one-time use.
